Aspire Senior Living Oshkosh

Bad management, bad HR department, bad COO running this company, I ran 2 businesses for 10 years and dealt with every single part of daily operations to hiring at GM/DMIT level and the amount of unprofessional and ungrateful management this company gives to its employees is ridiculous. Its the reason this company is constantly low on staff and constantly demoralized by proper employer edict. Ill be reaching out to every one I can in this company to get my point across from an employee that is being forced to quit even though Aspire has done nothing but neglected this department. Unethical and unprofessional higher management deserves to be showcased to the public before anyone decides to live here as a resident or work here as an employee. I wouldnt recommend working or living here with the amount of controversy that comes from this company.

Into the first week and so far, our experience has been very positive. We had a very short turn around timeline coming out of skilled rehab and they made it work for us. Apartments have great natural light, spacious layout. And the Caregiver experience has been great. Moving a loved one into assisted living is a very intense emotional experience for all involved, and I felt we have been treated with compassion and consideration. Thank you care team and staff.

As a CNA of over 20 years, pay was fantastic, but the Harrassment and physical harm that occurred with my few weeks into the job was insane. I was physically attacked by another Employee, and the Employer turned a blind eye. Then 2 weeks later I was getting harassing phone calls at my new job and texts from the Employees still there! Again blind eye turned. Incredible, horrible. I've already told 3 people not to apply here. They also had made my final choice to get out of Healthcare.

After a walk through and learning of the 4k monthly rent which included 1 meal a day no access to visitors of "amenities" small swimming "pool" we left. We also inquired if a care giver had an additional monthly cost. Sure enough in a 2 bedroom apartment at 4k the additional cost of 350 was required. Mind you the renter gets nothing extra you pay utilities and cable. There is no transportation or activities planned but they consider it an all encompassing facility. You pay extra for use of. Who the hell in oshkosh can afford 50k in living expenses plus bills and meals? Run don't enquire not worth the price. Nursing home offers much more including health care, activities, meals, and shopping trips for 4k or less. Sure private quarters are not as lavish but come on Aspire Oshkosh is ridiculously priced.
