As I just quit today on Thursday with this company, very inappropriate brake policies, brake residence rights a lot of residents have had incidents happen because of staffing and management covering them up. I would not trust your loved ones going to this place as the HR and the corporate need to understand that their management dont know if theyre doing they have young people running a company, hiding things having other employees right Reports on other employees or management Putting their self in situations that they shouldnt, I would not bring your loved ones here at this time until it gets fixed and someone speaks up about it God bless and hope you do your research before bringing people here and even wanting to work here. Theres so much drama so much goes on, They make it seem like a good place with pictures or having people right good reviews but please look into this place, They dont respect anyone but whats going in there paycheck, They have a past and need to be hold accountable for there actions. I feel sorry for the familys that really dont know the truth about there loved ones

Ive worked for this company for a couple months now and I love the atmosphere, and the environment the staff and upper management is very respectable and nice and this is by far my favorite job I would highly recommended this place to anyone to bring a family member to for the best care anyone could receive

I recently had the privilege of getting hired as a caregiver at The courtyard. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a compassionate staff dedicated to ensuring residents feel at home. The facility is very clean, and the amenities are thoughtfully designed to promote both comfort and engagement. What truly sets the courtyard apart is the genuine care exhibited by the staffeach interaction reflects a commitment to the well-being and happiness of the residents. It's a place where dignity is preserved, independence is encouraged, and a sense of community flourishes. I wholeheartedly recommend the courtyard for its exceptional service and the positive, supportive environment it provides for its residents.
My fellow caregivers, med techs, administration, and everyone else who works at the courtyard, shows very clearly how much they love and care about their job and the residents. I would trust them with my own loved ones.
