have had very good, but also very awful experiences here the new person that they hired that works The front desk is very very rude and unhelpful. Not sure really what shes getting paid for but to sit there. She couldnt do as simple of a thing as fax a form for me. how sad. But HUGE shoutout to the hard-working nurses that work here and my counselor :)

$0 in my bank account, credit score in the tank, food stamps every month and not able to work because of autoimmune issues. This place has saved my life, my credit, my bank account and my relationship. My bank account now is way more than $0 my credit it up over 100 points because I spent money on bills and not drugs. Oh and I wouldn't qualify for food stamps for a long time.

*Edit for response* There is nothing to be done, sir. This ship is run by the employees, and their opinions of you. After years, and years thing's have declined, and I can barely go in anymore without feeling dread and panic.

I truly needed help and they were there. Counclers ive had are amazing. However make sure you're accounts are monitored closely. Had insurance was still billed for cash cause of a typo on there end. Faced a ten day detox got figured out that day somehow. They spelled my correct this time.. still waiting for reimbursement check 5weeks Now.. Did receive eventually.... My counselor is the best there is hand's down. feels get to be clean.be careful and aware liquid handcuffs are nice just don't let Life get in the way of showing up lolol
