We rented a Hitch Camper from Preston. We are definitely novice campers. Prestons communication throughout the rental process was outstanding. He made sure we had what we needed and spoke with my husband about all that was needed for towing. The camper was immaculate. Bedding, towels, dishes and cooking utensils were provided. The beds were very comfortable. Set up and take down were not that difficult. Preston even offered to walk us through it via the phone. We had a wonderful outing at Goose Island with lots of friendsgreat experience with awesome memories.
