Outside water line would not shut off and needed the valve replaced before the freeze in two days. Called and within hours Kelsey was at our home. I called Dennis Priebe Plumbing, and I'm not sure what the problem was but the receptionist (Stephanie I believe was her name) had a rude attitude. I'm sure her attitude does not reflect the business but I think I'll be going some where else for services.

Very reasonable prices for all of your plumbing needs. Sometimes we even had sameday service! Great staff as well!

I called Dennis Priebe plumbing yesterday regarding a slow shower drain. Stephanie, said she would need to call back after talking to her technicians to see if 1 or 2 plumbers would be needed, as I mentioned that the tub drain may need replacing. She said the next few days were full, and it would probably be next week but she'd call back to let me know. No problem. No call back. Today, I get a call from Stephanie with msg saying she had sent out a plumber, and he was on his way to our house right now and hopefully I was home. I called her back, and said since we didn't hear back from her on this yesterday or this morning, we went with another plumber. She got upset with me, that I didn't call to let her know, and please do so to cancel in the future because she saved me a spot. How was I supposed to know this? Maybe just call back and let me know a day/time that you can come in the first place, and then I could call to cancel? What kind of schedule/service works like this? Ridiculous.
