Just got the bill for my two kids to have a couple cavities filled and was not happy about $830. When I called they said they were a specialty dentist so obviously cost a bit more. When I asked about the 2 charges of $78 for nitrous, they said that its protocol for all children unless the parents say otherwise. Except for the fact that they never mentioned they were gonna use nitrous. Then, of course, they assumed I was unable to pay the bill so offered to set me up on a payment plan. Because, yes anyone who complains clearly is poor, correct. Would highly recommend not going to this place.

The lady sue at the front desk is beyond rude and disrespectful. Not understanding at all how do expect a toddlers first time at the dentist to be seen by themselves I think NOT especially after a PEDIATRIC DOCTOR WAS ACCUSED OF ABUSE

The staff were very nice. My son felt very comfortable working with the hygienist. The best news was no cavities.

My daughter has a rare chromosomal disease and I called to schedule her an appointment due to dental needs that are outside the normal realm needed for children of her age. Due to her complex medical needs my daughter has Medicaid as a secondary insurance. When I called to get scheduled, I told the the assistant on the phone about our primary insurance being Cigna and secondary as Medicaid (which I assumed they did not accept) well, due to this, I was no longer able to be scheduled due to them being a provider but not accepting new patients with Medicaid at this time and it is illegal for them to accept out of pocket payments from me. So simply due to this, my daughters care is no longer able to be addressed at this location. Disappointing as I had heard good things about this business. Will be taking mine elsewhere and I guess making sure not to mention that insurance as I do it.
