The giggling phone watcher started by claiming I didn't have an appointment (I DID, made in person a week in advance), then they got my name wrong. Took 40 minutes past the appointed time to get my vehicle in. 2 hours to change oil. When I saw they had slopped oil over the outside of the engine I could see I was dealing with amateurs. The oil goes IN the engine, not ON it! I just hope they put the RIGHT oil in! Never again with Slowlane, back to Morrie's.

Really nice shop. Very clean and efficient. In and out in less than 30 minutes.

I got a wheel alignment done on 3/29. I had a $20 coupon from Discount Tire so I headed over to Quick Lane after getting new tires put on. Overall, things went well at Quick Lane but the communication from the kids working at the front desk was terrible. They seem to be under the age of 21 and not really in touch with what is going on in the shop so when they give you a time frame as to how long your vehicle will take, add 45-90mins. There was a guy who was getting an oil change and had been there before meI overheard him say that he had been waiting over 2hrs to get his car back and I left before he did so who knows how long he sat there for after I left? But 2 hours for an oil change?? I wont be going back in fear of not knowing how long my car will take to get done.

Do not take your vehicle here. Either take it directly to a dealership or to someone you know/trust because this place is nothing more than a rebranded "Jiffy Lube" with entry-level technicians. I understand it's associated with the Ford dealership, but this place will not take care of you like an actual dealership should. It is even worse on the weekends, don't even think about taking your vehicle here on a Saturday. If there's anything wrong with your vehicle coming in, or when one of their technicians messes up (because they do often), they will NOT help you. The front desk kid will sit there with a grin on his face stating that because it's a weekend they cannot order parts to fix your vehicle same-day, they cannot drop you off back at home or work, and they cannot give you a donor car to drive in the meantime because it's the weekend. You are left stranded there and they could care less. They will only offer to give you a ride during the week while your car is being worked on, whenever they get to it. Don't bother asking for someone in charge on the weekends either, he is rarely there, and will play phone tag with you to avoid confrontation. If you choose to go here on the weekends, I hope you live close and have no plans for your Saturday. You could be calling your mother, brother, uncle, dad, friend, etc. to pick you up. You will not have your car for that entire weekend either. I say this because it has personally happened to me twice within the last six months.
Finally, please make sure to keep records of all of your services done there. They will try to talk their way out of honoring any wrongdoing or mistakes they did on your vehicle. It will turn into a "he said she said". With my experience here, they will NOT fully fix what's wrong with your vehicle, they will give you a temporary fix (a Band-Aid if you will) to get by. Even walking the manager through step-by-step of what you'd like done to fix your vehicle, and even an acknowledgement from the manager himself stating he will carry out the work to be done... they still won't listen. They will temporarily take care of the problem until next time and claim "he said she said". I'd give it zero stars if Google allowed me to post that.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They drained the oil before realizing they didn't have any oil. I had to inquire as to why those that arrived way after me were done.
*Update manager reached out to try to resolve the issue. Also stated he educated his staff on better communication. They now will have the oil in stock.
