Food was great, service was friendly, but inside was a bit crammed. It was expensive for what you get, but still very good.

I love Chipotle. This lacrosse location is VERY skimpy you almost have to get double meat for what the other locations give. The hours are inconsistent and employees seem less than enthusiastic. Ill go 1hr and a half out of my way to go to Madison or Eau Clair rather than the this lacrosse location. :(

This store is a fine example of how not to run a popular franchise. Ordered a burrito bowl with the peppers and onions, lettuce, sour cream and extra cheese. I effectively received a rice bowl with 1/4 normal portion of chicken, 3 pieces of onion and 3 of green pepper (I actually counted), a teaspoon of sour cream, a pinch of lettuce and no cheese whatsoever. So apparently this is normal when they are trying to conserve ingredients. Good idea, make everything poorly instead of a few correct orders and then selling out. Never a great strategy unless a revenue/ quality trade off is the plan. I could be wrong and maybe this is the new franchise policy, either way the overall customer experience keeps declining. Maybe this location will go out of business and Jimmy Johns will relocate. Its up to the customers tolerance of repeated poor service.
