        Eric and the guys got my mom and I the best possible prices and took care of us quite well. Excellent customer service during phone change over, and helping me factory reset my old phone. Beautiful! They were knowledgeable, patient and witty and we even had some laughs!

        I was in there to change a line to and Apple Watch, Gabe had no idea what he was doing. I called customer service the next day and I had to actually cancel the a line. I also wanted to upgrade my Apple Watch he said he couldnt do that. Well so either Gabe or customer service have very different training. The store is a joke they never have anything in stock and they know nothing about phones. Gabe was nice but come on I knew more that he did. Need better training and clean up the store. Appearance makes a difference.

        My husband and I recently got new phones. We were told that the phones we ordered were part of a promotion that could be used with the particular T-Mobile plan we had. Turns out that isn't true. We found this out when the monthly bill came. So the new phones we got and set up now need to be returned to T-Mobile or we get to pay a higher monthly fee. A huge mess! We've spent a good deal of time trying to sort it out and T-Mobile is doing little to make THEIR mistake right.
