        While Mr. Cueto advertised representation for landlords, when I called as a tenant in a dispute, he took the time to discuss the case. He pointed me in the direction of statute to support my case and offered assistance if the landlord pursued legal action. was very appreciated.

He chatted on the phone with me for 40 minutes going over my lease/other legal documents. I really appreciated his knowledge and he gave me straight forward answers about the problem at hand. Would absolutely recommend if you need help.
