Staff here is incompetent and gives false information regarding their services. Very disappointed and wasted 2 hrs of my time. Do not reccomend.

This clinic has saved my life, I have a very bad substance abuse disorder this is 4th clinic I've been on Suboxone and methadone well I've come to realize that I am lifer I am sick of relapsing so I'll be on methadone rest of my life. Clinic is great most all counselors are very sincere and nurses are great follow the rules and eventually u do feel like it living a normal free life from the chase of dope or pills whatever ur demon is.. Iv been here a year now im living the best life iv lived in Many years. I have a counselor I trust. It's a very well professional place.

Let me see, where do I start ... How about the women who has replaced the permanent check in receptionist . I'm thinking that either there was not a very good turnout for the position as far as choices to pick from because she seems under qualified to be working as a receptionist for a clown camp let alone a treatment facility where she is required to remember details on a daily basis about the returning clients. To top it off she gives people an attitude right off the bat because she can't keep up with the stresses that go along with her daily work routine. She immediately reacts to others like she's better then them and does not take the time to LISTEN to us when we try to speak to her as if we do not have that right because we are there for treatment. I also think she could represent herself a bit more professional with her attire . Lead by example how can the establishment try to implement policies such as expecting the clients to come dressed in what would be business casual, no PJs they want us representable ie jeans and t-shirt, blouse or scrubs outfit of course clean and hopefully not omitting any offensive smell but yet the women who is the 1st site of the company basically the face of business because she is the one who is seen first and is required to handle all initial contact with clients or any other entering the facility not be held to the same standards. I would think that printed sweatshirts and leggings with open toed sandals would not be acceptable. Again just my opinion but sure does make sense... With that said this policy is the most violated by the clients and I believe this is because it isn't taken seriously by the counselors or other staff.
