        I would have put zero but they only let me put 1. Terrible service and they like to scream at customers when asked why their sandwich wasnt made correct. They use to have great service before (approximately 1-2 years ago) but dont order off the app because your order will be wrong.

        they seem to have a problem with bacon. every single time we order anything with bacon, it is left off. we have gone back a number of times, and they lie about why they managed to miss the bacon- let me add that the word bacon is in bold. they even accused my mother of stealing the bacon off of the sandwich. very incompetent people who seem to have a hatred for bacon

        Where do I start? First, there is a bacon issue at this subway. Unless you are standing at the counter ordering, they will not put bacon on your sandwich (even if the name of sandwich has the word bacon in it!!) I have used the subway complaint line and everything else but nothing has changed here. Second, if you decide to use the app, they dont read the portion where you can write your special requests. How hard is it to read nowadays? Third, lets not get started with the way they accuse the customer of trying to get stuff for free. I just want what I order and PAID for, I think thats a pretty simple concept.
