I havent been a customer of H&R Blocks, but Matt took my call anyways and answered my tax question about my new W2 job. He spent over 15 minutes making sure I had the correct amount of federal taxes withheld from my paycheck, thank you so much for taking the time to help me!

Obligatory, would love to give negative stars if I could. First off, date provided that they would have the taxes sent in was missed by weeks; which was bad enough in itself (especially if you have to pay in). When the taxes were actually filed, the amount taken out was EIGHT times what was presented to me in documents given to me. When confronted, since this is a "temporary" location, they told me it obviously was an error, but they will not have time to fix since they close down that day (tax day). Zero help, zero concern, wasted time, and horribly inaccurate filing. Avoid this like the plague. Shout out to Janet, the officer manager, and the regional manager for providing zero help or caring that they screwed up on multiple fronts.
