        Last month WRONG blood work order was processed... Today I was assured results would be in TODAY, only to find out 4.5 hrs later that THIS test was sent to West Allis Lab for processing! I am tired of Errors & Wrong Info conveyed to me! Would the Hospital Administrator please call me?
