Jenny is simply the BEST. I would highly recommend her as an agent. She was so kind and patient while walking me through my insurance plan. I really appreciate how thorough she was throughout the entire process to make sure that none of my questions were left unanswered. This is super important because this is my first time getting my own insurance policy. She also really cares about her clients. She made sure to check in on me a few times after my first accident ever by explaining the process, making sure that I was satisfied with my service throughout each step, and checking in on my wellbeing.

Jenny was very specific and patient when answering all of my questions. I could sense she takes pride in her work and is very professional about it. Personally, Im just really excited I have everything insured under one agent while paying less then my previous insurance company.

I would highly recommend Jenny & Rural Mutual. I've recently relocated to Wisconsin. Once I had a new home scheduled for closing, I shopped the market for agents and quotes, of all the quote requests I made, Jenny was the most responsive. Jenny was focused on more than a quote, she made a point to discuss details over the phone and not just by email, focused on ensuring I had the appropriate coverage for home, auto and liability. Once I had made the decision to choose Jenny and Rural Mutual, she took over, contacting my mortgage company to make all necessary insurance arrangements for closing and cannot forget bundling the auto, which she took care of transitioning my auto from my previous insurer to Rural Mutual. Have not had this level of professionalism before, while a competitive price is important, it's more important to know you're properly covered.
