I wish I could give this horrid place 0 stars. I brought my child here due to a dental emergency. The ONLY thing they had going for them was their immediate availability, which in hindsight, should have been a red flag. The business decor is extremely outdated, which I could look past if service was exemplary. Unfortunately, it was just one terrible experience after another. The front desk staff are rude and extremely inhospitable. One even refused to make a follow up appointment because she was busy watching a video. If its that important that you must ignore customer needs, maybe go in a private room to watch it, because what good are you at the front desk? When my child was taken back, one of the techs completely ignored his body boundaries and pulled him up in the seat without warning or direction. This is abhorrent to witness as a neurodivergent myself and when I mentioned something, she became defensive and did not offer an apology. The dentist came in and again disrespected my childs body boundaries and tickled him. I suppose staff here has never heard of the word consent. At a follow up visit, we were seen 30 minutes late. I understand schedules fall behind, but simple courtesy in this situation would have been appreciated as my partner and I both have schedules to adhere to as well. The lack of apology or verbal accommodation felt extremely disrespectful. During my childs procedure, he started to cry due to discomfort and the dentist had the audacity to say, It doesnt hurt! This is incredibly dismissive of his feelings and he had no right to say that. For a place that is allegedly a pediatric dentist, they sure have NO clue how to care for children. Please avoid Bitner Family Dentistry at all costs. I promise you, it will save you and your child from dental trauma. This place needs to be shut down immediately!!!

My kid asked me to go along yesterday with her to the dentist. She was there a month ago and they didn't want to adjust her spacer then, so after a week of the spacer forcing my kids tooth to grow in all messed up I made my wife make another appointment to get it taken care of since they didn't seem to care last time. Well the dentist was not gentle with my 5yo and she was crying, screaming and saying oww oww oww while he was yanking and pulling to get the spacer out. Once put my daughter was hysterical over his treatment of her and I can't blame her one bit as I watched it happen. After he made some adjustments he wanted to put it back in... well my kid wanted nothing to do with him hurting her agin so that did not happen because by then she was too traumatized from the situation. He suggested wrapping her in a blanket so she can't fight back and forcing it on her. Umm hell no you ain't doing that to my daughter. I made a scene and we walked out without the spacer being put back in. Now my 5yo is traumatized of dentists, thanks!

The staff is amazing... My son isn't very easy to deal with, they knew exactly how to handle him in the situation. I wasn't easy to deal with either, I was a wreck! Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

Dr. Bitner has taken such good care of our family! His assistant Kim is amazing as well! From the moment we arrive until the time we leave we receive nothing but the best care. He has squeezed us in for emergency appointments and always does their best to make sure our daughter and ourselves are comfortable and understanding the care/treatment being received. Hands down 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you Dr. Bitner and all your staff!
