Called this morning at 10:36am and was told I need to make an appointment to do a wire transfer. Didn't have anything available until afternoon so made appointment for 3:45pm. Spent 20 minutes on during this call talking with two people to confirm what information they needed for the wire so that I was prepared. Arrived only to find out that there was a $75 fee. It would have been nice to know this when I called and talked to two people, neither of which informed me of any fees. Wasted 30 additional minutes driving to/from bank and almost an hour out of my day due to their neglectful communication.

I moved to Wisconsin this spring and opened an account at this branch. Several weeks later, I needed a signature guarantee for my TreasuryDirect account. I made an appointment with the manager and it was signed with no issues.
The only negative thing I can think of so far is the bank teller I spoke with (same one the two times I went in) typed a lot on his computer without communicating what he was doing, so there was kind of this awkward silence. But someone came out after a few minutes to meet me.

Terrible from top to bottom! Tellers struggle to find accounts and count money accurately. Loan officers are rude and condescending. Then there's the phone system. LOL.
