I have been a customer of Bank Five Nine for several years. I cannot tell you how many times they have helped me out. I had my wallet stolen and they helped me with getting a new Debit card the same day. I needed something faxed for my mom's trust account and they did that for me. They tracked down some suspicious debits from my account. They helped me out with an overdraft issue that was not my fault and did not charge me a fee. When I needed help with anything, they were there. If you want a bank that truly cares about their customers, Bank Five Nine is the place to go, especially the one on Brown Street!

I love Bank Five Nine at Brown Street. I've banked here for a very long time and the bankers are both knowledgeable and friendly! I generally work with Leigh and I can't say enough positive things about her - she is prompt, professional, and goes the extra mile. The location is convenient and I enjoy reading the monthly newsletters they send out.
