This is the first time I've used a junk removal service and felt very "fussy" about the impending visit...will they be able to take everything in one trailer (as I kept finding more things to get rid of)...will it be painful to watch (as most items were so heavy with some not so clean)...will they be grumpy (as this is going to be a lot of backbreaking work)...I assure you, there's nothing to fear! The crew; Josh, Alex and Sam arrived promptly after calling to say they're on their way and were not just polite (which they most certainly were) but were reassuring..."sure, we can take that...It'll fit. No really, it'll all fit." No "not that too" with a grumpy face. So pleasant, so relaxed while working so well as a team, all the while my items are disappearing. It was magic! So efficiently completed by such great people, my job was done! Price was so well worth it; shout out to the website for clearly identifying amount removed and price. I'm telling everyone I know that Junkshuttle is the business to use...it's impossible to do better. Alyssa was top notch in scheduling my junk removal, very pleasant, great customer service. Josh, Chauncey and Alex were on time and went right to work. These guys are absolutely amazing and also provide excellent customer service. I have recommended them to my realtor, friends and family.
