Such a great team of individuals. Each and every one of them seemed to care a lot about their patients. Huge shout out to doctor Kimmel, youre the best. I ended up with dry socket after my wisdom tooth got pulled but the entire team worked hard to get me back in as much as I needed to help me through it. Also they worked with my insurance to get me money back for the procedure. Seriously they rock!

I had Dr Wagner. I was not numbed properly before proceeding. Numbing was scattershot over my entire face instead of targeted. Pain was ignored by the dentist.

** Update** I took my daughter to a pediatric dentist today. Dr. Wagner failed to mention to us in looking at my daughters panoramic x-ray that she is missing FOUR adult teeth. The dentist I saw today was dumbfounded that this wasnt mentioned to us at our consultation with the oral surgery associates. I am SO GLAD I decided to go elsewhere and that my daughters extensive dental work will not be handled by dr. Wagner, oral surgery associates, or Anderson family dental. I got a referral to the oral surgery associates to have one of my 8 year old daughters baby teeth pulled due to a cavity. We first had a consultation which consisted of dr. Wagner looking in my daughters mouth for one second (literally) and saying yes this needs to be pulled. We already had the referral from the dentist explicitly stating that. I asked dr. Wagner a question or two and he was very dismissive and impersonal. My daughter attempted to talk to him about what he was going to be doing and he stared at her blankly. I left with a bad feeling but scheduled the extraction (a month and a half out, which was the earliest appointment available) anyway. Shortly after that, I started hearing horror stories from co-workers and friends about his poor bedside manner and lack of compassion throughout traumatic dental surgery procedures. It confirmed my suspicion that I didnt want him working on my daughter. I called to reschedule with a different doctor and was told that I would need to start the consultation process all over again. I cancelled and am taking my daughter to a pediatric dentist that does extractions, like I should have in the first place. This was a waste of time and money but Im grateful that we dodged a bullet.

I had used another provider earlier for implants. Insurance changes brought me here to Dr. Kortebein. What an awesome surgeon he is. I have had two implants by him, and they've both been as close to painless as possible. He is the best of the best, and I am so happy to have found him. I have used all three locations, for my convenience, and have found the staff at all three to be incredible. I won't use anyone else.
