        How you guys handled the buy one get one burrito sale was terrible. I understand you guys were under tons of stress but half of us put our order in online hours before. Me and several others had placed our orders at 5pm and I have up at 8:30pm. I got Taco Bell instead and called it a day. I WILL be contacting my bank and showing this as proof. You didnt let anyone cancel their order, said the system wouldnt let you. Then take care of orders placed first. People just started getting in line and placing their orders and saying they would call it and report it as double charged to their bank the next day. Insane! The poor staff suffered because of failed management.
