Michelle was very professional and proud of her skillset and expertise as she should be. I booked a 90 min deep tissue massage and infrared sauna session. There was a pleasant therapeutic aroma as you walk in and a comfortable massage table. I was quite relaxed and felt the massage was beneficial in terms of releasing muscle tension. She understood the body and nervous system well and I appreciated the explanation as to what she was doing and how it benefit the body during the massage. The massage prices and membership is very reasonable and one should take advantage of the monthly membership, however the sauna is an infrared sauna blanket not a walk in standalone sauna; I do believe the sauna session was expensive but the experience itself was rather pleasant. I will definitely return.
