        During a snowstorm last night our furnace decided not to heat anymore. Due to a previous company that made us lose our trust in HVAC companies, we did not have a working relationship with any companies anymore. I called other so called 24 hr HVAC companies who refused to come due to weather. I called Stramowski Heating (from a friends referral) and they agreed to come when the Technician became available. The technician who showed was Brad J., he was amazing. He educated us on our furnace and never seemed bothered by all of our questions. He really seemed to enjoy educating us and showed pride in his employment with Stramowski. We are now signed up for the maintenance plan and we plan to be a life long customer from here on out. The field techs who came out to work on our heating and cooling systems were knowledgeable, efficient, and always went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. We have used Stramowski for multiple new AC/heating installations and regular maintenance. Every time they have exceeded our expectations. They always provide a detailed explanation of the work they will be performing and answer any questions we may have. Even when we have encountered unexpected issues, they have always work to make it right.
