I have been a customer with this company for 1year and I am not happy with this company. Since covid has happened I have run into some financial difficulties and it seem as if this company does not seem to have and understanding or compassion for their customers. Unfortunately my job has drastically cut my hours and I am no longer in a position to use my credit cards. I call to see what help I could get because I knew I would not be able to make a payment on my renewal date and was told by the customer service rep that there was nothing that could be done on the day that I call, but I needed to call back on the renewal date and see if there was something that could be done then, so I call back to see if I could get an extension on my due date, but was told that my insurance was canceled and there was nothing that could be done to help me at this time the rep seem to not care or have any feeling and was very cold, at that point I needed to talk to a manager because the rep had a bad attitude I get on the phone with a manager and she makes the comment that (I can not give you free insurance!) which now show me and makes me feel devalued as a customer and a person, this also showed me that this person was not at all trying to hear that I wasn't asking for a handout but help. No I would not recommend this company to anyone they don't value their customers

Unfortunately, you are not a customer of our agency, and so there is nothing we can do for you.
You should call your representing agency, or your insurance company to leave negative feedback.
Each insurance agency for every carrier is independent of each other. I do not have any of your information in our system, as you are not our customer. The only thing we can do is refer you to call either your agent, or your insurance company for help.
Your comment on our website is like me filing a complaint against a restaurant, when I am going to the competition’s restaurant. They have no more control over each other, then I do for another agency or the companies that the other agent represents.
I do not know if circumstances would be much different if it were our agency. But most insurance companies will not renew a policy if you have outstanding premium on previous policy term.
This virus has affected all of us in a negative capacity. I urge you to reach out to your insurance company for help!
