Changed from All Star to this new name. I won't be coming to this establishment with the prices they're charging. Never thought I'd pay $110 for an oil change and tire rotation. I wish I was told that they're no longer All Star and that the prices have changed and they're not honoring the online coupons. I would have gone to another dealership.

Arrived 15 mins early, Came in for oil change and tire rotation with an online scheduling at 8:30am and was out 10:15am.

Drove up, welcomed, and while waiting for oil change, interested in upgrading vehicle so car salesman Angel was really kind and helpful showing us a couple of new possibilities

This review is written regarding the service I encountered when I had brought my 2016 gmc canyon in for repair. From the start it was very clear that they did not care all that much about my vehicle and that they were very lost. There "mechanics" claimed to know what they were doing but in actuality they were stalling and the effort they put in was slow and monotonous. I knew dealership service was bad but never in a million years had I imagined it could amount to something so poor. After a week or so of my vehicle sitting around in the parking lot and being worked on rarely I asked them to stop where they were and give me back the car as they were not making substantial progress whatsoever. Upon collection of the car it was clear that they had not fixed the car at all. In actuality the problems had become worse. They ended up taking out the wrong sensor and on top of that some parts of the car were disassembled and not put back together for no reason. To add on to this they ended up charging me 515 dollars and there major claim was that they turned the check engine light off which happened to turn back on when I got home. I attempted to contact the dealership about my frustration but no one would help me at all. I write this hoping that I can at least save someone from the trap that I fell in with this dealership. Do not go here to fix you're car, please.
