        Needed a forklift to adjust a shifted load on my semi trailer. The rental process itself was normal however what stood out to me is with them knowing my load had shifted "partially my error" they still treated me with the utmost respect and at no time did I feel any kind of negative vibe. I'm not from the area but this location put United Rental in my book as a company I can trust.

        Post edited: Thanks for the generic response, It was really heartfelt. I called about renting a a trencher for digging underground. The lady on the phone quoted me 437.00 a day lol. Sun belt was 185.00 for the weekend.she said, "Ya we can't do that." 200.00 is better then no dollars. Those were Willy Nelson prices.

        Doug and Justin in the service department are great to work for. They do their best to make sure the proper repairs are being done on their equipment. There is a reason why United has such a large presence in SE Wisconsin.
