    I want to say a heartfelt THANKYOU to the staff at OakCreek Blue Pearl. Our sweet boy had cancer and while we knew his time was coming, we didnt expect it so quickly on the day it happened. We called Blue Pearl and they were so compassionate and helpful. We brought our boy there and their caring, helpful nature made what was a painful situation more tolerable to deal with. Our boy crossed the rainbow bridge surrounded by love, not only by his family but the kind staff. Thank you for making this painful situation just a little less difficult.

    Horrible experience! I'm too upset about the experience to write the whole review but after over $1300 our cat is suffering...he's a mess...and we've had a sleepless night. Been crying all night and don't know what to do at this point because I'm sure they'll stick me with several hundred dollars more to follow up. If he wasn't going to make it don't let us take him home. Can't express my extreme disappointment and am heart broken because I know my poor boy is suffering.

    The sign says 24 hour vet services. I took my dog Monday evening and they were closed. The sign on the door said at capacity. Not a person inside the dark building. I took her back again tonight, only to be turned away after being told they were at capacity. Shameful service.

    Extremely disappointed with this location. We arrived 1:10 minutes before closing. As we pulled in to the completely empty parking lot we saw all the lights on. As we were trying to get our injured dog out of the car the woman behind the counter shut off the lights & COMPLETELY IGNORED us. The sign on the door said closed because they were at capacity, which is hard to believe without another vehicle in the parking lot. Staffing shortages nowadays are unavoidable & understandable. What is inexcusable, is not keeping your hours updated online so somebody does not waste valuable time making the drive! Please tell the woman behind the counter that although she tried to look busy walking in circles doing NOTHING & completely ignoring us that we were not fooled!

    I first got to know this facility when it was Lakeshore Veterinary Specialists ~2019, because my dog Kya had T cell lymphoma. The oncology team did an amazing job extending the life of my young dog (she was only 3 at diagnosis). Recently, one of my current dogs, Libby, tore a ligament in her knee and developed a tumor at the site where the incision to repair the knee needs to be made. She had her first procedure today, to remove the tumor. I was so very pleasantly surprised when a member of Kyas oncology team came out to say hi. Leslie was such a comfort for my Kya, I know she truly cared then to see her again today really just confirmed I made the right decision returning for Libbys care. Thank you all so much for being so dedicated to not only the work you do, but the love you give to your patients and their families. I dont know what I would have done without yall then, and I dont know what Id do without yall now.
