        I would caution anyone considering having Milwaukee Powersports for any service work. If you have the option, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. At minimum make sure you look over your vehicle before taking delivery. My experience has been horrible when I have brought my snowmobile and SXS in for warranty work. They CONSISTENTLY returned my vehicles in either an inoperable or UNSAFE condition after the repair. January 2022 Snowmobile Returned sled to me with ZERO coolant in the engine after dealer service April 2022 Snowmobile Returned sled to me and it would not start. Found out the main harness was not plugged in after dealer service Returned sled to me with wires hanging directly beside my clutch that would have gotten wrapped around the clutch if started Did not reconnect the negative cable on my battery October 2023 SXS Returned my SXS to me with the Seatbelt Incorrectly installed. The mounting plate was clamping the seatbelt at the base of the seat so that the belt would not retract once extended (pic) Retuned my sled to me after a warranty engine replacement with an improperly installed gasket that resulted in an engine oil leak (pic) Returned my sled to me after a warranty engine replacement with the ground bolt for the bus bar not screwed down which caused fuses to constantly be blown January 2024 Snowmobile Returned sled to me with a wiring harness zip tied to my spare belt (pic) Did not reconnect the battery charging cable (pic) Feedback was given to the dealership at each incident. As shown above the feedback consistently fell on deaf ears as more and more incidents continued to occur. I ended up providing the feedback to Polaris instead of the dealership through a Polaris Dealership Survey request. The dealership and I have parted ways.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experiences with our dealership. We apologize for the numerous issues you encountered with your snowmobile and SXS. After consulting with our Service Manager, he noted that he was fully aware of each instance involving warranty work that was carried out, your complaints did not fall on deaf ears. Despite our best efforts to address and resolve every concern, it appears that your expectations exceeded the solutions available. It's important to note that the installation of accessories on machines can sometimes lead to complications during major warranty work, particularly if these accessories are not genuine Polaris products. Your machines had various non-Polaris branded parts/accessories added by yourself that complicated the process considerably for our team.Despite our best efforts to meet your expectations and the continuous above and beyond treatment our staff provided, you continued to berate our employees and show complete disrespect towards our dealership, despite never paying for your repairs and even receiving free service work not included in your warranties. We understand the negative history between you and past dealerships for very similar issues, and because of all of this, we have made the decision to terminate our business relationship with you. We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers and promote a harmonious relationship between customers and employees. Your behavior is not conducive to maintaining a positive working environment and your recent interactions have fallen short of the standards we uphold at Milwaukee Powersports.We appreciate your past business, but we cannot tolerate such behavior towards our staff. We wish you the best in finding another dealership that meets your needs.
