        I absolutely love living here! There are soooo many amenities, the staff is amazing, the units are gorgeous, and there are a lot of things to do in the area. Tony was very helpful during the application process, and he is very kind whenever I see him around. I highly recommend Parterre if you are looking for a quiet place to live that is just a short drive away from the city. :)

        Our experience at Partarre so far has been very enjoyable! Its super nice to have an in unit washer/dryer and dishwasher that actually works long term and doesn't break down every few months! Out of any apartment I've ever lived in, the maintenance people here are KILLING it. They're very quick to respond. Most times they will show up the day after I sent an inquiry to fix something. And when they fix something, they fix it the right way. Utilities here are cheap. Staff is friendly. I think the amenities alone make this apartment worth it. Not to mention, the units are gorgeous!
