I been looking for a place for awhile and this is the ONLY company that I delt with that made me go by their schedule then cancelled on the day of showing and expected me to reschedule at their convenience again. I work nights its already tricky to schedule things.

Returning customer - Big thank you to Hannah and the lettings team. Very professional services. The new tenant moved in 13 days from the old tenant moving out an unbelievably quick turnaround. They even sorted a few last-minute issues for me while I was away.

Showings are done by tenants which is dumb. They expect me to move out and then drive up and show the property to people while i wont even be living there. If I refuse they want to charge me 75$ every time I refuse. On top of that they want me to pay them $75 so they can list THIER property. Other issues include a completely automated payment system that doesn't understand that the extra money I send to them is supposed to be for the water bill. Ive literally been sent an eviction notice before over a water bill that was paid at the time of rent. They hardly ever mow the lawn at my current apartment and the snow removal in the winter is awful. This place is a bunch of crooks who have no care about how long yove been a tenant or about any tenant in general. I have rented from applegate for 3 years. I would highly recommend against any one ever renting from applegate properties. Response to applegate: no one will call me and talk me through what I'm expected to do. No one clarified how long I need to show the place. I have received little to no response to my questions other than emails when I specifically requested a phone call. You can act like you guys are accommodating us but there has been no communication other than emails which were just direct quotes from the lease with no explanation of what it means.. so yes I'm mad. They have their tenants show their apartments which I found weird because the tenant might not know the history of the apartment, plus me as a person I wouldnt feel comfortable showing my own apartment and showing strangers where I live..I also have been trying to just view this apartment for three weeks now and have contacted to office three times and have gotten little to nothing back, not to mention the lady that I talked to over the phone was very short and not helpful at all. I havent been hearing good things about this property management through word of mouth either..
