If youre looking for a lawn company that takes care of their customers. as if they were part of the family. Midwest lawn pro. works with you.         Communication wasn't the best for missed service dates. The schedule was not followed as agreed, multiple times, regardless of differences in opinion, still no show/call. Overall, good, just seemly odd to almost "make" them here to come out ..

        This company is local to New Richmond WI. The price is very fair and the workmanship is very good. I had them take all the mulch out from around my house and replace it with rock. During this project, one of the hydraulic trailers they leased sprung a leak and got oil all over my driveway. They informed me and said they would cover the cost to reseal the driveway, I just needed to find a company I liked to come out and seal it. Top notch service, up front communication... I highly recommend them Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance, Weed control, Yard work

        Jeremy is very knowledgeable when it comes to lawn care and maintenance. He is very professional and takes whatever time necessary to get each task done even if it means working till the sun does down! He is always on time and willing to lend advice on how to maintain a healthy looking lawn at an affordable cost. He has also been kind enough to help with snow removal and is always on hand if you are in a pinch. I would highly recommend his services for both lawn and winter maintenance. Services: Grass seeding, Landscape design, Lawn mowing & maintenance, Weed control, Yard work

      Kari thank you for taking the time of doing a review. I learned quite a bit from working with you. I should have set the account up in your name instead of your boyfriend since it’s your home and all communication should have been to you. I learned a valuable lesson. I tried doing my best and treating your lawn as my own. During a drought without a lawn being watered our commercial mowers can cause damage. It’s also important during those times to allow the grass to grow longer so it has a deeper root system to survive the stress. I don’t just mow to keep up with what the neighbors are doing. I do what is right for the lawn and not for what is right for me financially. I apologize that I can’t meet your expectations and I should probably be more clear with future customers of what to expect. That was the only time I was off schedule other than mowing for your sons graduation party when I altered the schedule for you and went back to your normal Tuesday mow. If you have any other feedback for me please text me and let me know. I don’t use the messenger on Google my business as my means of communication. Thank you for being a customer of mine and I wish you well.
