I ordered a hamburger with no onion or mustard with cheese and got a hamburger only ketchup very disappointed with the service since I still wanted my pickles with it and paid the extra 20 cents for cheese

Three times in the last 2 months I ordered an egg mc muffin and a hot vanilla latte. They give me a mc griddle . On 4/6 I ordered an egg mc muffin and a hot vanilla latte and got another mc griddle and a cold vanilla flavored coffee. This food isn't cheap anymore this is getting hard to dismiss. The people at the windows are not listening to what is being ordered. I try giving them the# of my order, or I tell them exactly what I want and it still gets mixed up. I'm getting ready to go to the Cafe down the block pretty soon.

AVOID GOING HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY rude drive thru staff. Kept cutting me off when ordering. 2 people at pay window. Both extremely rude. Also ordered a PLAIN meat patty for our dog. The patty was on a bed of lettuce, ketchup and pickles. 3/30/24: 3rd and final time coming here. They ALWAYS screw up orders. Didn't get the drink with the happy meal. Again, ordered a plain patty for our dog. Never even got it this time. Worst McDonalds ever been to. AVOID GOING HERE.
