Dave and his team do an excellent job. His crew has done my duct work in the past and this time they took care of some mold found during a bathroom demo. They responded quickly to assess the project and got me on the schedule and done in short order. They did outstanding work again, as usual!!!

We were very pleased with the mold remediation. Would highly recommend. From sales (Bill) to the service techs it was a good experience. We had a lot of attic black mold from improper ventilation and now the rafters look nice and clean. Price was very reasonable.

Bill and his technician did an excellent job for our mold remediation. When we purchased our home a year ago, mold was found on inspection and the owners remediated successfully with AdvantaClean. However, the prior owners did not fix the source as recommended. Bill was able to walk me through potential sources, and in addition to being a mold expert, he helped me determine what contractors to contact to investigate and FIX the source issue - I had this lined up before they came back to remediate the mold again, so mold could be removed and then we immediately fix the source issues. Bill also honored the one year warranty and he and his team went above and beyond every step of the process. One of my contractors had seen my attic years earlier, with the worst mold he had ever seen, and AdvantaClean remediated this but the prior owners didn't fix the source. I was impressed to have other contractors telling me how amazed they were at the initial mold remediation years ago, that made hiring AdvantaClean a no brainer. I learned from the technician they also clean duct work, will be hiring them for this next job ASAP. In this day and age of bandaid fixes, it was refreshing to work with a contractor who wanted to get it done right and honored their word!
