After 10 years with my accountant, I was tired of having to beg for a call back and fight to get answers I need OR catching small errors on their end.
That said, I was hesitant to make a change due to starting over with someone else and learning their process. I also had a lot going on with the purchase and sale of some assets and was nervous how some of that would shake out.
Jason at JCW does do a lot over secure message boards, uploading of documents, etc. For me that was also a change BUT Jason was very honest and up front about his style and how they conducted business.
Once I figured out the lay of the land things moved quickly and Jason and his team were great about following up / answering any questions I had.
Overall I am very satisfied with the results of my 2021 taxes and will definitely be going with JCW again for the foreseeable future!

We reached out to Jayson because we'd sold a rental property, and my wife had done some side work for which taxes hadn't been paid. He was very knowledgeable about all the tax laws and rule changes that impacted our situation and was easy to work with. He worked hard to uncover any possible legal ways we could minimize the amount of taxes we had to pay. If you need help with your taxes, I'd recommend you give him a call.

Best tax guy Ive ever worked with. Im a freelancer, and I really appreciate how easy it was to get my taxes filed. Jayson has a convenient drop box to leave paperwork, but I found uploading by documents expedited the process. I highly recommend JCW!
