My current alarm system was not working so I contacted AA Security and Monitoring. Thinking our system was outdated, I thought it was time for a new one. The technician arrived promptly and was extremely courteous, insisting he take off his boots before coming in which I wouldnt allow. The man needs his boots to work in the basement. After about 45 minutes he let us know that it wasnt our security system, it was a transformer problem and said if we wanted, we could keep our current system and he could fix the problem. He was able to get our current alarm system back up and running which saved us hundreds of dollars. He couldve just come in replaced our equipment with their companies equipment and made a lot of money, but he put the needs of the customer in front of the business which is incredible and very hard to find nowadays. Its so hard to find trust worthy, thorough, and all around good people nowadays and AA Security and Monitoring has them working for them. I would recommend this company by far over any other company out there. Thank you for your effort!

Tim,the Owner has been timely and responsive to my needs. He had an Came and did a walk around. Asked my needs and supplied me with opinions. His original assessment was what we went with. A++++ The team was in and out swiftly and clean. Thank you Todd
