    Added 3/26/24 - here we are another spring, another year after this whole project started and now the paint is two tone in the front as well as looks like it is dripping (which I complained about in Oct/Nov when they decided to repaint when I told them not too due to weather) and the paint is bubbling, which is what happened last year. Why can't this company get it right? I have had them out to my house to fix so many times i cannot count. They do nothing like they say they will nor do they care what the customer is asking. I was told the siding being fixed (AGAIN) will be all one piece, but nope they still did it in pieces which makes it look horrible. I told them I didn't want a six inch piece of siding with a gap, again, NOPE they did not care. Worst company I have dealt with. I emailed the production manager Patti last year and she has ignored my emails. I hope now I can talk to a higher up manger/owner that will actually respond and rectify this as it should be. I have done many renovations on my house over the last year and this was by far the worst experience I have had. I had siding replacement done and siding painting. I have had to continually follow up with them to check the status. I was lied to. They told me that production stated it would be ready in two weeks. I call a month later (because I didn't hear anything from anyone) and I was told then, they needed to reach out to production and guess what, it was another two weeks. They really didn't talk to production the first time. The work done by the contractor they used had to have them come out three times to fix things. They got paint on my brand new windows and screens, missed many spots, etc etc etc. The manager of the contractor was very pushy wanting me to OK the job to collect the money, when I said no, he got unprofessional. Guardian employees ended up fixing it, which I did appreciate. I let others know at Guardian of my experience and not one call by management or anything to check to understand what happened nor provide any discount for the inconvenience. Not recommend them at all. The only reason I am giving two stars is the professionalism of the salesman. Adding to this review, because now SIX MONTHS later, the business finally decides to respond to my review. So if something didn't go wrong and had to come back out to fix, i would never hear a response? Never heard a beep from them after complaining last year. While I appreciate now they are fixing the paint peeling and bubbling as well as loose siding replacements, the process to do this was ridiculous. All I asked was for communication. Again, that was lacking. I had to call many times for follow up. Started this end of May and finally now in mid August, it is getting done (the one worker they have doing this (i was told it was a team) is awesome and very nice). This company really needs to work on communication. Once they get your money, you never hear from them unless you follow up. I had to get a manager involved to get some communication and even that sometimes didn't go a long way. Hopefully the repaint and siding fix will hold up, otherwise, it seems I will need to take more drastic measures.
