        Horrendous. Extremely poor communication. Dealt with Janice on multiple occasions.. terrible communicator and manager. On top of that got accused of doing something that I did not do.. Turned out they got mixed up with wrong person. In the end it cleared up, but was stressful to deal with in the meantime. Notice the responses from PMI in the reviews. Not on one instance do they take accountability. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because Sarah saved the day on separate occasions (she's not even the manager of the properties I live in). Look elsewhere if you can. Would not recommend.

      Look elsewhere if you can. Would not recommend.
