Andi is a kind, cheerful, positive motivator. She knows how to effectively help you build your physical strength and guide you during the times you are away from the gym. Over the past 4 months, I have been fortunate to lose about 10 pounds. Although, it feels as if I have lost more. As my body is becoming more toned. I have shorts and pants that fall down! My stomach is more slim. I feel better about myself and have more strength and energy. I highly encourage you to give New Creation a try.

Jeb F. Age 59 Im 59, but feeling younger...Andie has been fantastic for my well being. I came to her as a referral and it is one of the best things I could have done for myself! I came there weak, out of shape, tired, back problems, high blood pressure, and just not getting enough exercise and with Andies help I am stronger, healthier and very pleased what she has done for me! I have had personal training before and they just work you out. Andi on the other hand gets results and works on what specific areas that need attention.
