0 stars - had a really poor experience here today. My "Deluxe" pedicure was extremely rushed, the massage consisted most of toe-tugging and no calf massage, the water was cold, the paint job was poor and he put my bare feet in the gel polish light machine which I doubt had been cleaned. Less then ten minutes into the service, the tech told another woman waiting that we were "almost done" when she asked if she should come back later. A pedi should be no where near done after 10 minutes and there were no other available techs as all three were with my group that had just arrived. She then had to wait nearly another 30 minutes. There was supposed to be a mud mask and hot towels as part of the pedi... there was a lukewarm towel thrown on my legs and not sure when the mud mask even happened. The tech only scrubbed my feet for a few seconds and then threw the dirty scrubber in the pedi bowl water where my feet still were and let it float around the rest of the time. The water was cold and when I requested it be warmer, he sprayed two seconds of hot water in there that did nothing. When I asked again for warmed water he told me it had "been too long". The tech proceeded to argue with my group about the length of the service and poor experience when we expressed we were not happy. To top it off, they charge you a 3% "Fee" on top of your service. This is explicitly not tax on the receipt, but a fee with no description. Don't waste your money here.

My sister, brother-in-law, and I went here for my sisters birthday. We had appointments for 10am, and were the only 3 people there. However, the services felt very rushed. After about 10 mins, another customer came in. She asked if she should come back and the man in charge told her that we were almost done. We were NOT almost done. When we complained, the man argued with me about it, claiming he had given us a full hour service (even though we hadnt been there for even 50 minutes). We all requested the same service (minus my brother in law who did not get gel polish), and all had drastically different experiences. The deluxe gel pedi didnt feel deluxe and was NOT worth $65. We will not return and do not recommend anyone to go here.

Terrible manicure. Did not know what they were doing and did not do what I asked. Did not do cuticles and did not shape properly. Very rude when i tried to communicate what i wanted. They watched a video on how to do nails while doing them. Would not go back for free.
