Ordered A mount June 6th after a few delays on ADMs end a mount shows up. ITS THE WRONG MOUNT. And not what is pictured in their site. Customer Service is near non existent but they have enough time to post all over social media.

They may make decent mounts but their customer service is beyond trash. I ordered a mount on Easter Sunday and forgot to apply the 20% coupon at checkout. I emailed their supposed "customer service" letting them know of the mistake and their reply was that basically I am beat and they won't do anything. I just asked to cancel the order to which they replied that I will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, lmao. Granted, the item hasn't shipped or left their facility. On principal alone I will NEVER purchase another ADM product again. Scalarworks, Unity, and even Midwest Indust. have plenty of great options and they know how to treat customers. Huge disappointment from a US based, well known manufacturer.

Complete and utter scam. Bought a brand new Spec 2 red dot from them and the thing just doesn't work at all. Plus they claimed they didn't make it and thus couldn't warrant it. Then when I corrected them they just ignored me. Out $800 now. Feck these con artists

Bought a 200 dollar flip off mount for my duty rifle, the tension on it wasnt very tight. Contacted ADMMFG for either a fix or replacement. Was told to ship it back to have it fixed, fine. Non existent communication for 2 weeks. Write an email asking for an update told to give my name and customer info. Then promptly ghosted again. At this point I'm pretty sure I'm out 200 bucks and with no mount. Whatever this company was, it no longer is. Save your money and frustration BUY ELSEWHERE.

Top of the line quality guns, receivers, parts & scope mounts. I've purchased multiple qd scope mounts off these guys over the years and their IMO some of the best. Very nice looking upper & lower receivers and full builds. I'd like to own a ADM rifle but the price is alittle above my pay grade and unaffordable for the working man making less then $25/hr. Very nice weapons if you can afford them and the price is really the only downside I've seen. I've ordered a couple different orders from these guys directly and never had any issues as others have stated. As far as customer service I've never needed to get ahold of them so I can't comment on all the negative CS reviews below.
