Very disappointed in this bank. Customer service is terrible. Called to get a lien letter in order to register my vehicle. Our system is down and we are not able to see any of your information. Not to mention the first customer service representative refusing to provide me the letter that I requested. Systems down sounds like a security threat and a terrible way to manage other peoples money.
I dont like big banks but Chase always has systems in place and Ive never had a poor customer service experience with them. Go else where. Youve been warned.

I have been a customer for many, many years. Service used to be good but has significantly deteriorated over the years. Impossible to get anyone on the phone and responses to messages on line are close to useless. The 1099-INT form provided for 2023 is missing the State Identification Number, a requirement for filing Wisconsin tax returns online. That's just a ridiculous omission. A previous review said to "try a big bank." Maybe it's time to not only try a big bank but a professional, knowledgeable bank, especially in financial and tax matters.

I hate the automated phone!!! There is no way to talk to someone. It's all pushing buttons!! Very frustrating when your recovering from cancer and don't have the extra time to try to find a direct line to someone!! Horrible!!

If i could rate zero stars I would!! Trust all the one star comments because this credit union sucks! I never rate any business usually but this experience has by far been THE WORST! Ive called twice now to pay off my car loan and both times the ladies I spoke to over the phone were rude and not helpful by any means. The second time I called they tried to charge me a couple extra dollars on my loan but whos really at fault in my situation? Both times they put my account down as a checking and I said both times over the phone it was a SAVINGS! But Im being charge extra? Why? I will never go through this bank again!
