        8 weeks for them to show up for estimate, then all i got was a totally different(and almost 2x as expensive) proposal as they had given me 3 years earlier. Nothing was said to me when they were AT my home, just in proposal sent 4 days later.

        This company is lacking in any organizational skills, professionalism and communication. Throughout the entire time, we did not feel respected, I strongly suggest you do NOT hire them.

        I had some work done by this company this fall. I was starting to get water in a corner of my basement. They were quick and did great job cleaning up. Best of all, no water in our basement. I would recommend them. About a month ago they followed up with me to give me a recommendation on removing the mounds of snow from around our house to prevent water coming in once it started to melt.
