This was such a great company when Eric started it and was much smaller. They definitely helped point me in the right direction for all things insurance for my tree business. Unfortunately, as they have grown, it appears some growing pains have come with it. The biggest complaint is the more recent (last two years) lack or challenging communication. The only recent time I received seemingly quick, direct personal communication from the newest agent for my file, Liz, was when I had to call Progressive to renew and edit my policy directly with Progressive since reaching Liz is nearly impossible. When ArboRisk received the renewal information from Progressive, I got an email from her welcoming me to their company as if I had not been with them for the last five years. Eric, Ryan, and Margaret are great people (I don't recall speaking to Liz so she may be great too). Unfortunately, I had to find another company so that I could spend less time with insurance stuff and more time cutting down trees to pay for that insurance stuff. The early days of this business were great. Hopefully, he can get back to those roots.

I have had abysmal results when attempting to get timely communication from all the representatives I've been assigned in four years' of being a client. That's correct. I'm an existing client, no claims, just a really great risk for ArboRisk. I don't know why it's so difficult to return my calls, emails...Depending on what happens tomorrow, I'll amend this review.

I've tried for the past four weeks to get a quote on a policy for my tree service. Eventually my renewal for my old policy came up, and still no quote or communication. It's been almost a week since the deadline I gave them and still no communication. I'm disappointed because I wanted to even just SEE what arborisk had to offer in regards to coverage. I renewed my previous policy.
