Basically I paid for a 3 year apprentice to come learn how to work on my garage door, just to call his supervisor after an hour of being on the phone with him to come help. $140 an hour for him to do nothing. Then supervisor shows up and my garage door still doesn't close properly. They also charged me for 2.5 hours. $400 wasted. I would not recommend this place for repairs.

Called with broken garage spring, Tony checked with dispatch and had a Tech on site in less than 3 hours. Tech did an outstanding job very pleased Joe Wilde Co.

I was having problems with my remotes not working properly. David came out yesterday, and did a thorough job of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. He was courteous and helpful in explaining the process. When he left, my remotes were working as they should. Good job! David!!!

Excellent service all around...called in the morning for service and by early afternoon all repairs were completed. Mike (tech) was very polite, efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Their pricing was very competitive and I would highly recommend the Joe Wilde Company...

Good response evaluating our garage door which was damaged in January. Parts were ordered and arrived sooner than expected in mid Feb. Service Tech Michael arrived with parts, and determined the door could be repaired with minimal replacement parts. Excellent work done to repair door and getting it back in operation.
