I recently replaced my Furnace/AC. It was through Costco/New Berlin Heating/Cooling.
The master electrician in this job was from Xperience Electric (Tim). Everything went off without a hitch, until later that night. We found out that our hot water heater no longer was lit/working.
I troubleshooted the next day to find out that it was likely due to a "reverse polarity" issue. I called XperElectric and the they had Mike come over (only took a couple hours for him to come.)
It was indeed a reverse polarity issue (not caused by Tim, but previous owners).
Mike fixed the issue in about 5 minutes and was on his way - no charge.
