This company is a full blown scam. They collected hundreds of dollars worth of donuts from our bakery- 2 dozen per week, for months on end. They were not able to provide me with anything with my ims bucks, over an entire year, except a single box of chips. Now, I suddenly have a $170 collection notice from them?! The absolutely audacity of it is astounding! The kicker is that I never signed anything and they never provided any services for us. So yeah, its a genuine scam and I highly recommend that all business owners (especially small family-owned places) steer clear of them like the plague!

Good customer service. IMS is a nice way to network with other businesses quickly. My broker Jonathon is the best I have ever worked with! Hell go above and beyond to solve a problem.
