    where to begin....Its been just under 3 years since leaving bridgwood estates in neenah and Im still dealing with the aftermath of what i can only describe as a total nightmare. First moved in and went above and beyond anything that you would ever think would be normal on the move in list as i did read up on these guys prior and expected some minor issues. 3.5 months in, not 1 single thing repaired, however WALLY WORGALOT the maint manager at the time and full duration of our stay, decided i was driving too fast for the posted 5mph on my motorcycle as i did 10mph. (Now you may think yeah ok, but at the time i was still new and not officially added to the lease my girlfried had signed as i was at work and was trying not to make waves) BUT THIS PRICK SWERVED HIS GOLF CART AT ME COMING HEAD ON AT ME IN AN ATTEMPT TO RUN ME OFF THE ROAD!!! Then proceeds to turn around and in an rather peacock type display of authority, informs me (A US MARINE VETERAN) he is the maint supervisor and he best not see me driving that fast again ever, to which i reply "MAINT SUPERVISOR HUH, TELL ME THEN MAINT SUPER....WHY THE F#@K IS NO MAINT GETTING DONE, AND THE NEXT TIME YOU TRY TO HIT ME YOU BEST NOT MISS, BECAUSE I WONT!" apparently not the guy to stand up to because he then made our lifes his personal amusement game. Everything from stalking (put up cameras both inside and pointing outside to capture proof) entering numerous times when we were gone and no notice ever posted (again cameras) to 5 day eviction notice for the previous tenants water bill showing the account was closed prior to our move in date, telling us that we couldnt be outside with the kids grilling because its not a park and if we wanted to do that sort of thing to go to a park its against the rules go look, except when i did go look, there was no rul and I did approach him not 3 min later and explain i was not trying to be difficult but i did as he asked and found no such rules to which i was told "ITS AN UNWRITTEN RULE", threatening to tow my car for no plates, knowing it has dealer plates and the get removed so they dont get stolen after i drove and counted 13 no plate cars in the lot but only 1 getting threats to tow. I could go on and on and on but the cherry on top is we finally were granted auth. to break our lease 1 month prior to expiring from the property manager, and as of maybe a month ago and numerus court dates finally got our security deposit back. 3 YEARS!!!!!! DONT WALK AWAY, RUN!!!!!

    Shawano- awful management. Stolen items after maintenance was in my home. Maintenance guy on site will barge in your door with no notice. They wont return calls either. Wont fix half the things wrong in the complex. Its ridiculous.

    Ive been in my apartment for two years now, Im getting ready to move out. My manager, John Callahan, made sure that I was taken care of through out my stay. He went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it and resolved any issues I had right away. I loved my apartment, it may not be the best of the best but it was worth the price for sure and the location is great because you can get from one side of Green Bay to the next in 10-15 minutes. Since moving in, John has really done a great job trying to clean up the area. The only issue Ive ever really had was recently when I had my tires stolen from my garage which is totally out of managements control. They did however try to ask around to see if they could help me figure out who did it. Overall I had a great experience here.
