Cobblestone Hotels, LLC Corporate Office

Didn’t realize the property didn’t have an elevator until we showed up. Husband just had a knee replacement and has a hard time doing steps. Asked at check in for a first floor room but was told non were available. I know that was not true just by looking at the front of the building and seeing how the curtains in the first floor rooms were wide open. We are supposed to be here for several nights but not sure if we can’t get moved to a lower level room. Just to get to the lobby for breakfast and to go up and down the stairs just to leave the property is going to be a major problem. If we had known there was no elevator we would not have booked. The price is also quite high for what is offered.

Haven't even stayed at the hotel yet, however, the communication I've have with the front desk and with the reservations employees is making me regret my decision to stay there already. The people I have dealt with are rude and clueless and either can't or are unwilling to provide the most basic of information.

Front desk clerk also bartender in bar was drinking on shift and charging his drinks to my husbands room. Not once did my husband sign and consent that drinks food etc could charged to his credit card little did he know front desk attended was doing this until he reviewed credit charge statement and hotel video was watched by supervisor . He was charging drinks making look like his wife was ordering them and drinking them because he didn’t want to look like he was drinking at work. Meanwhile hotel staff TAMMY made my Wife look like a DRUNK BECAUSE she saw all the drinks on our room bill that she told my husband I was not allowed to drink at bar and read all the drinks she had bought and drank little did she know it was her co worker Daniel drinking them. Tammy even went out of way to call the police on wife because she had complained about men sweating from bar area when she was working at hotel guest computer. Tammy handled her complaint by saying what do you want me to do about call the cops? Wife said yes please 20 minutes later police came to our hotel door asking wife to explain why she wanted cops called and was told by police office that front desk Tammy had said wife had been buy a lot of drinks from bar and was a bad drunk! Never will stay at this business and feel we deserve out money credit back and room paid for!!!

Our room was clean and quiet but there were a couple of issues that bothered us. First off the drapes are for decor only, they do not close so three parking lot lights and the morning sun disturbed our sleep. Direct TV did not have ABC, CBS, NBC OR FOX but plenty of other channels NO ONE WATCHES. It’s Sunday in October and no football for us. We should have stayed at Holiday Inn or Hampton! Would not come back or go to any other Cobblestone

Overall the room is nice, clean and comfortable. They have hot breakfast in the lobby. Noticed the yogurt and bread was outdated. Took several attempts to get the attention of the man in the back. No one was at the counter. He said it is their policy to use up all the old food before they can put out the fresh items. The yogurt and bread was outdated by 2 weeks. He said that is their policy. Period.
