        Good phone service. Mobilelink is a joke to work for. I worked there for almost 2 years. Apparently its okay for you to drive 2 hours to work at a different store that is not yours, causing you to use someones credentials. Thats ok when they need help but when someone puts lines in your name, apparently thats not and they will fire you for it. I really was fired because Im friends with someone who is suing the company. Check your paychecks, they dont pay you correctly either.

        I had purchased and upgraded my phone. I had questions and brought the phone in and I worked with Cassandra she was over and above helping with everything I needed. I enjoyed talking with her and she showed me what to do and had a very pleasant attitude and was very nice to me and help me with all my issues. I was at the Appleton location and I worked with Cassandra.
