We worked on a project with Jay and his team. Unfortunately, due to the volatility of construction costs, the project was out of our budget and we could not move forward. However, I cannot say enough about the level of care and detail Jay and his team put into designing and pricing our building, as well as doing everything they could to bring our costs down. They were on top of everything and made sure we hit deadlines. They got our floorplans and renderings done quickly...and they were amazing. If ever the opportunity arises, we would love to work with MSI again and will definitely be recommending them. Our experience showed us that MSI genuinely cares about people, not just their bottom line. Thank you again for everything!
